Stay compliant with the latest Security Industry Authority (SIA) requirements with our 2-day SIA Door Supervisor Refresher Qualification. Delivered through blended learning, this mandatory course is for existing Door Supervisors renewing their SIA licence. Combining online study with classroom training, you'll refresh your knowledge, update your practical skills, and remain compliant to work across licensed premises, events, hospitality, retail, and corporate security. Training is delivered by experienced instructors from security, emergency services, and law enforcement backgrounds using realistic, scenario-based learning. ##*What You'll Learn*-Refresh your understanding of current legislation, professional responsibilities, conflict management, communication skills, search procedures, safeguarding vulnerable people, counter-terror awareness, emergency response, drink and needle spiking prevention, and the safe, lawful, and proportionate use of physical intervention. ##*Course Delivery*-Before attending the 2-day classroom training, you must complete all mandatory online learning. This includes the ACT Awareness and ACT Security e-learning modules, available free through Protect UK, together with the Working in the Private Security Industry and Physical Intervention refresher modules. All prerequisite learning and evidence of completion must be submitted before attending the classroom course. Learners who have not completed the required online learning will be unable to attend. ##**Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) is not included within this qualification.** If you do not already hold a valid first aid certificate that meets current SIA requirements, you'll need to complete one before attending. We offer the Emergency First Aid at Work qualification separately, with discounted package prices when booked alongside your refresher course. ##**Entry Requirements**-You must be 18 or over, hold (or have previously held) an SIA Door Supervisor Licence, meet the SIA English language requirement of Level 1 (B2 CEFR equivalent), and provide valid photo ID and proof of address. ##**Assessment & Certification** SIA-approved multiple-choice examinations and practical assessments covering search procedures, communication equipment, and physical intervention. On successful completion, you'll meet the training requirements to renew your SIA Door Supervisor Licence and continue working legally across the UK in a wide range of frontline security roles.
